President Nechirvan Barzani held a meeting with Mir Hazim Tahsin Beg, the spiritual leader of the Yezidis in Kurdistan, Iraq, and worldwide. During the meeting, the President reiterated his steadfast commitment to supporting the Yezidis and their rights.
Both parties engaged in a fruitful discussion regarding the current state of the Yezidis and their rights in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq. They emphasized the importance of enhancing the provision of comprehensive services to Yezidis in all aspects.
Furthermore, the conversation encompassed the situation in Sinjar, as well as the well-being and livelihood of Yezidi refugees residing in camps.
